we are currently hiring for the fall when school begins again for our sites across toledo, sylvania, perrysburg, and maumee.

in this role, you'll lead hands-on activities, provide mentorship, and help create a safe, engaging space where kids can learn and grow. it's a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in childcare - all while earning a competitive hourly wage of $12.50-$15.00.

• build positive relationships and serve as a role model
• work collaboratively with teammates and communicate effectively with families

what we're looking for

• high school diploma
• understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
• willingness to complete required trainings (cpr, first aid, etc.)
• friendly, dependable, and passionate about working with youth
• ability to meet dcy licensing requirements, including background checks
