overview:

we're looking for a results-oriented business coach to support our clients in scaling and stabilizing their real estate investment businesses. this role is not just about coaching - it's about leadership. you'll work hands-on with our students, helping them navigate challenges, optimize operations, and build real, revenue-generating companies.

the ideal candidate has led legitimate teams in a business setting, brings strong people leadership and communication skills , and understands how companies operate at a foundational level (e.g., net margins, kpis, scaling structure). real estate experience is a plus - but not required.

key responsibilities:

  • deliver 1:1 and group coaching for real estate investors, helping them develop scalable business models

  • guide clients in strategic planning, hiring, team structure, systems, and operations

  • evaluate business performance, identify growth barriers, and provide tactical solutions

  • offer accountability, direction, and support through recurring calls, crm updates, and internal tracking

  • coach clients through sales, marketing, and operations decisions using results driven's frameworks

  • communicate proactively and consistently with the fulfillment team to ensure client success

  • collaborate cross-functionally with leadership on training content and program improvements

  • maintain detailed records of client progress and feedback in crm

  • contribute to training events, call reviews, and interactive learning sessions

qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a business coaching, consulting, or leadership role

  • proven experience leading actual business teams with measurable outcomes

  • strong understanding of business mechanics (margins, staffing models, growth planning, etc.)

  • exceptional communication skills - especially in a virtual environment

  • experience with real estate investing is a plus , but not required

  • strong grasp of crm tools and structured reporting systems

  • organized, decisive, and confident - but also highly coachable
