your role: service technician/sales representative

as a dual-service expert and sales professional, you'll:

• engage customers: build trust and lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
• educate & sell: present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities, empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fireplace and chimney needs.
• provide services: conduct cleaning, inspections, small repairs, and diagnostics with precision and professionalism.
• drive revenue: identify and upsell larger repair, restoration, and upgrade projects by understanding customer needs and offering value-driven proposals.
• follow through: ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction, confidence, and trust in rooftop chimney sweeps.

what we're looking for:

skills & experience:

• sales-driven mindset with 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field (preferred).
• mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
