what you'll do: - be a sponge - obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
- provide clients with industry-leading customer service
- work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done - have a "can-do" attitude
- assist with certificates of insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs
- learn and master our crm system - applied epic
- communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve
what you'll need: - bachelor's degree with interest in all things insurance
- ability to be flexible in the small business environment
- self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
- an eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills
- grit and organizational skills to complete detailed tasks
- team player, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
