peoples national bank is seeking candidates for the collector / repo inventory manager role. candidates should have at least two years lending experience, one year of collections experience, and a valid driver's license. the position requires frequent travel between locations.

responsibilities:

• inspect properties for retail construction loans
• assist in managing repossessed inventory and disposition thereof
• perform inspections of non-performing mortgage loans on a monthly basis
• assist in maintaining real property in the bank's possession
• serve as a backup for tasks assigned to other members of the collection team and assist in collections as needed

minimum qualifications:

• strong attention to detail
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• excellent conflict resolution skills
• basic computer skills in a windows environment
