responsibilities:

• build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
• collaborate with internal teams, including installation and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• follow up on existing sales bids and leads to maximize opportunities.
• maintain accurate customer information in the company's crm system.
• participate in training to stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends.
• support team members and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (kpis).

what we're looking for:

• minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services or hvac industry.
• strong communication and negotiation skills.
