hours: monday-friday 8am to 5pm
general purpose: to assist the superintendent with construction, maintenance, and lawn maintenance activities.
supervision received: works under the direct supervision of the superintendent/builder/construction manager.
supervision exercised: none
essential duties and responsibilities:- maintain landscaping, yards, shrubs, trees, and watering sod.
- help maintain clean streets and gutters.
- perform minor touch ups and some activities on punch-list.
- responsible for the level of quality in product
- comprehend the process of residential construction and use common knowledge
- walk every room of every house, every day
- ability to deliver houses in the allowed time as set forth by contracts
- keep signs upright and orderly
- communicate with sub-contractors
- lock and unlock doors daily
- present recommendations to builder and superintendent
- attend all staff meetings
- any other duties assigned
