your role:

as a customer relationship specialist, you'll be the trusted guide for our clients, working closely with the team to deliver timely, professional, and compassionate service.

• work collaboratively to manage client files from start to finish.
• ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
• communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients.
• manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining salesforce records.
• provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process.

• strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• a positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• proficiency in excel, google sheets, and google workspace.
• prior customer service experience - a must!
