• schedule: monday-friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  one saturday per month, 8:00 am-12:00 pm

responsibilities

as a key member of our customer support team, you'll deliver top-tier service by:

• answering inbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
• scheduling pest control and termite treatment appointments
• resolving billing issues and answering service-related questions
• updating customer records and service histories in our crm system
