what you'll do

we are looking for an experienced and successful customer service regional manager. this position is key to the support and development of our front line team in a contact center environment. every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent alta with pride.

what your day might look like

the customer service regional manager leads multiple office teams within a region, ensuring alignment with company goals, driving performance, and promoting a culture of excellence. they play a strategic role in mentoring office managers, streamlining operations, and improving the customer experience across all regional locations.

• oversee and support office managers and csrs across multiple branches.
• conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• ensure service standards, kpis, and csat scores are consistently met.
• collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• identify training needs and standardize procedures across locations.
• analyze regional performance data and take action to improve results.
• lead recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts within the region.
• foster a high-performance culture and uphold alta's customer-first mission.

requirements:

what you bring to the table

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in customer service.
• strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• ability to travel and manage remote teams effectively.
• excellent written and verbal communication.
• experience in pest control industry preferred but not required.
