daily expectations of a customer service relations associate:

• be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty info
• monitor customer portals and track service/delivery updates
• process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately
• collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams
• resolve escalated customer concerns with care and efficiency
• stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal procedures

requirements:

what you bring:

• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
• proficiency in microsoft office; epass experience a plus
• quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills
• a team-first mindset and keen attention to detail

schedule: weekdays & some weekends required

2 needed: position 1 mon-wed 11a-7p, fri 11a-7p, and sat 830-430

position 2 mon-fri 8:30- 4:30, possible weekend if needed to assist with call outs or vacations coverage

pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
