what you'll do

we're looking for a high-energy customer service rep to join our team in our growing inbound customer service center. in this role, your energy and enthusiasm can directly impact your paycheck! no experience? no problem! we provide all the training you need to succeed.

base pay: $13/hr + pay premiums available for bilingual candidates
uncapped financial incentives on every call!

what your day might look like

every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent alta with pride.

• scheduling appointments with clients
• answering emails & phone calls
• scheduling appointments with clients
• listening to voicemails and responding promptly
• keeping detailed client records & notes
• processing payments over the phone
• entering new client information
• ensure every customer experience is a great one
