minimum qualifications:

  • high school diploma or equivalent.
  • proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
  • strong verbal and written communication skills.

preferred qualifications:

  • experience in a home services business
  • familiarity with customer relationship management (crm) software.
  • bilingual abilities are a plus.

responsibilities:

  • respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • assist customers in scheduling appointments and provide detailed information about services offered.
  • resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
  • be willing to be cross trained on other moyer indoor outdoor lines of business
