reporting to the controller, the director of student accounts (director) is responsible for fostering a positive and supportive environment with a particular focus on prioritizing clear communication and personalized guidance throughout the billing and student accounts process. the director will promote cross-departmental collaboration and a positive work environment and coordinate the implementation and operation of automated software systems that manage student accounts. the director collaborates with college leadership and various departments to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of financial services for students. the director will manage student accounts receivable functions, minimize bad debt exposure, and collaborate closely with the director of financial aid to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
the approved hiring salary for the director of student accounts is $75,000.
