we've a 6-year-old $2m/year residential electrical company with a team of 17. the mothership, skolfield homes, is a 40-year-old $20m/year 100 employee high end residential remodeling company.

we need a great gm for our electrical division. starting salary, 75,000 - 120,000, is highly dependent on recent experience.

truth is, we've not managed this as well as we should have. there's great potential for growth, an excellent office and climate-controlled warehouse near the heart of winter park. all with many decades of name recognition in one affluent community.

our ideal candidate has real verifiable expe
rience running a residential electrical company. 60% of our work is for skolfield homes, with additional service work, panel change outs, re-wiring, etc.

we need an assertive hard charging person that can grow the volume and profitability. we've a deep bench of management in our main company with proven success; 40% revenue increases two years in a row with strong profitability. we'll have your back if you've got what it takes.

many small electrical companies are targets for private equity. this approach acquires and consolidates, then often institute predatory practices. it won't happen here.
