overview: the emergency services director oversees the operations of the emergency department (ed) to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. reporting to the chief nursing officer, this role involves leadership, strategic planning, budget management, compliance, and staff coordination.
key responsibilities:

qualifications:
- education: associate's degree in nursing (bsn preferred).
- experience: 5+ years of hospital-based emergency nursing, 3+ years in leadership.
- licensure & certifications: rn license (ga), bls/acls/pals (or enpc), cen or cem preferred.
