your role - making magic happen:
- quickly match talented candidates with fantastic job opportunities in light industrial roles.
- recruit, interview, and nurture a strong pool of enthusiastic associates.
- coordinate assignments, perform employment verifications, and consistently keep our associates smiling through attentive follow-up.
- energize inside sales efforts, including 50 weekly mpc calls and daily outreach.
- turn employment verification calls into fun and productive sales or recruiting conversations.
- build lasting client relationships, showcasing our full range of staffing solutions through visits and safety tours.
- work collaboratively with a supportive team to keep recruiting and sales buzzing.
- accurately document activities in our easy-to-use q4 system, always staying aligned with express and legal guidelines.
- stay ahead by continuously learning about market trends and staffing innovations.
