job duties and responsibilities what you'll do: - serve as the voice of boost mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
- maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
- respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
- identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
- become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base
