executive assistant

the executive assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties for executive management and designated senior level staff, including screening calls; managing calendars and schedules; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; handling information requests; receiving visitors; arranging conference calls; and coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel. ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a timely manner while ensuring and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions and shared information. qualifications:

required:

• high school diploma or ged required
• 5+ years of administrative support experience at the management or executive level.
• high level of proficiency in word, excel, powerpoint
• knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
• strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• california driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance (for travel between sites).

preferred:

• bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• experience in a federally qualified health center (fqhc) or healthcare environment.
• experience with reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts.

the pay range for this position is $27.38 - 39.70 per hour.
