what you'll do:

• work outdoors on commercial roofing projects-low slope, steep slope, or service
• install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using a variety of materials
• collaborate with foremen and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• show up, step up, and own your work

what you bring:

• 5+ years experience in roofing or construction, carpentry, mechanical, or military trades
• willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments
• ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
• reliability, work ethic, and a "get it done" mindset
• team player attitude and the desire to build a future
