responsiblities & duties

• inspect and document homes for storm restoration
• measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
• create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business
• go door-to-door talking to neighbors
• help customers navigate through the sales process
• run company leads

pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year

responsibilities:

• present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

qualifications:

• prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• you love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• a consistent top performer in sales
• high school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• you are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
