we're looking for a certified, dynamic and client-focused financial planning professional to support our advisors in delivering tailored financial solutions. in this role, you'll play a vital part in developing customized financial plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with advisors to ensure top-tier client service.

  • work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, investment analysis, retirement, tax planning, and more.
  • assist advisors by preparing for client meetings, developing customized financial plans, and presenting them to both the advisor and client.
  • stay informed on financial planning trends and industry best practices.
  • keep up with industry trends and break down complex financial planning concepts into practical, easy-to-understand strategies for clients.
  • partner with fellow employee-owners to create a supportive, team-oriented environment that enhances the client experience.
  • discover new planning opportunities, including high-net-worth and tax-focused strategies.
requirements:
  • bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, psychology, or related experience. 3+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in financial planning.
  • cfp certification required.
  • strong knowledge of retirement strategies, wealth management, and risk assessment.
  • proficiency in microsoft office, crm platforms (preferably redtail), and financial planning software (e-money, holistiplan).


total rewards package:


compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and certification.
