position:
this position is supporting our client, a financial services institution, and is based in a call center environment, where financial service professionals answer 30-60 inbound calls from financial advisors.
responsibilities:
serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and inquiries
support new account openings by reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements
provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance on tools such as account view and advisor platforms
conduct exploratory conversations with advisors to identify issues and offer proactive solutions
review and monitor active accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring accurate account information
open and manage service tickets or escalations, follow through on resolution, and communicate timely updates to advisors
maintain strong attention to detail and a commitment to closing the loop on advisor needs
pay:
$25.00/hour
hours paid for hours worked. no paid time off. no paid sick leave. no holiday pay.
training:
100% remote
9:00am - 5:00pm est in fort mill, sc
monday - friday
at least 4 months of training
shifts after training:
each candidate is required to have 8:00am-8:00pm availability in their time zone
30 min. for lunch and 2 - 15min. breaks throughout the day
work from home requirements:
must have own reliable home internet with an upload speed of 10 mbps and a download speed of 25 mbps.
