a thriving, 350-bed hospital located on the southern texas coast, just an hour from houston, are seeking a full-time gi physician to practice in a dual program director and clinical role.

this hospital is open to molding this position around the incoming physician and is 30% administrative and 70% clinical.

the position:
• practice alongside 9 other gi physician's and app's
• monday-thursday schedule, 1/2 day on fridays
• current gi's perform procedures in morning and see patients in clinic in the afternoon
• average of 4-5 procedures per day; ercp option
• total income is into the $900k-1m range, negotiable base salary of $600k with production upside
• director stipend, sign-on of $50k, $100k in student loan repayment, cme, 25 days pto, full benefits + retirement/401k
