what your day-to-day will look like:
- managing workflows through the corrigo cmms platform
- scheduling and completing preventative maintenance tasks and regulatory inspections
- performing repair work or coordinating with qualified vendors
- maintaining proper documentation for compliance
- ordering necessary parts and equipment
- maintaining inventory of supplies and parts
- serving as a point of contact for service providers
- following safety protocols and communicating with client personnel
desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- 2+ years' experience with commercial building systems in distribution environments
- proficiency with cmms platforms (specifically corrigo)
- knowledge of fire and life safety equipment
- experience with emergency power systems
- basic electrical troubleshooting skills (low voltage, single & 3 phase)
- hvac maintenance and troubleshooting abilities
- dock equipment maintenance knowledge
- building storage systems experience (high bay racking)
- general repair skills in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
- hvac certifications (desirable but not required)
