job summary:
the global mobility administrator will manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities related to global immigration and mobility. the role requires strong coordination across internal departments and external legal vendors to ensure compliance and efficiency in handling immigration processes and international assignments.
key responsibilities:
manage administrative workflows related to u.s. immigration cases including h-1b, l-1, o-1, f-1 stem opt, and permanent residency.
coordinate case initiation, postings, wage discussions, and signing of immigration documentation.
liaise with emea stakeholders and vendors for region-specific immigration needs.
provide consultative support to global assignees and internal teams on mobility policies and procedures.
serve as the point of contact for outbound and inbound international assignees across the americas and emea regions.
resolve issues tied to immigration, transfers, or assignments for employees.
offer first-level interpretation of policy deviations and escalate with appropriate recommendations.
track and report on mobility metrics monthly; assist with ad hoc projects and data tasks.
required experience:
bachelor's degree in hr, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
prior experience in global mobility, hr operations, or immigration administration is highly desirable.
nice-to-have experience:
experience supporting cross-border assignments or vendor coordination.
familiarity with global assignment tracking and metrics reporting.
