job responsibilities - build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales. - meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives. - accompany potential customers on test rides and demonstrations to showcase motorcycle performance and options. - assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle and accessories based on their needs and preferences. - maintain an up-to-date knowledge of harley-davidson product line, industry trends, and competitor offerings. this is done through enrollment in hdu which we will provide access. - process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed. - follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. - participate in dealership events and community outreach along with social media usage to generate leads and increase brand awareness. - maintain the showroom, ensuring motorcycles and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
job requirements - experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred but we are eager to train if you have a winning attitude! - ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - valid driver's license with a clean driving record. the ability to acquire a motorcycle endorsement is required.
