summary:
the human resources analyst performs a variety of analytical functions for human resources with a focus on workforce metrics and organizational performance reporting. the human resources analyst is a resource for human resources business partners and leaders in the organization and is a liaison between the regions and christus health human resources centers of excellence, including but not limited to payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, and shared services. the analyst continuously participates in process improvement activities and collaborates with others to improve overall human resources service delivery.
responsibilities:
analyst performs a variety of data and reporting analysis; interprets and reviews reports for others, both routinely and upon request
ensures the human resources business partners and hr leaders are informed and current on human resources concerns and compliance issues as they arise
performs analyses of workforce demographics including but not limited to labor costs, hours worked, retention, turnover and other hr metrics
prepares reports and presentations on hr metrics (effective workforce planning, staffing, turnover, and inclusion and diversity goals) and demographics
audits hris information and submits corrections as needed
identifies opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements on a continuous basis
collaborates with all areas of hr to deliver services that ensure high level of customer satisfaction and contributes to the accomplishment of business goals and objectives
works across multiple regions, facilities and functional teams on systems issues, upgrades, enhancements, and new systems design and rollout.
works independently and prioritizes matters of most significance on a daily basis.
performs all duties in a manner that protects the confidentiality of associates and patients and does not solicit or disclose any confidential information unless it is necessary in the performance of assigned job duties.
performs other duties as assigned.
requirements:
bachelor's degree
minimum of three (3) years experience in human resources, information management or related field.
