support day-to-day hr operations & employee relations
manage leaves of absence and ensure compliance
oversee tuition reimbursement and employee programs
maintain hris records and partner on recruitment & onboarding

what we're looking for

3-5 years of hr generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
strong knowledge of fmla & employment laws
hris & microsoft office proficiency
shrm certification a plus
