we are seeking an experienced in-house hvac technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

requirements:

5+ years of commercial hvac experience

type 1 and type 2 certifications

strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

basic computer skills, including email and smartsheets is a plus

experience with older buildings is a plus

must be organized and maintain a clean work space

daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs

reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur

adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations

must have the ability to work on and support a team

must have basic computer skills and email knowledge

must have effective time management skills

must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
