IT Account Manager

Description:

we're looking for a client-focused account manager to join our team. in this role, you'll build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and retention, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts. you'll act as a trusted advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions while advocating for your clients internally.

what you'll do

  • serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (non-support).
  • build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • lead quarterly business reviews (qbrs) and present service performance.
  • collaborate with technical leaders on it roadmaps and budget planning.
  • identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • track contracts, renewals, and licensing.
  • maintain accurate crm records and client documentation.

what we're looking for

  • 3-5+ years in account management, client success, or similar role.
  • experience in it services, msp, saas, or telecom preferred.
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • crm and microsoft 365 proficiency.
