primary purpose of the positionthe learning technologies support specialist ii is a key member of the learning technologies and engagement services team. this position provides daily support to students, faculty, and staff with using and resolving technical issues with supported learning technologies and applications used for teaching and learning.
brief summary of duties:
the selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the united states. this position is eligible for flexible work arrangements, including remote/hybrid work. fayetteville state university employees are generally required to reside in north carolina within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
