pay range: $26.65-$35.88/hr (based on role and experience)
shift: 6 pm - 6 am 2-2-3 rotating schedule

key responsibilities

• diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and natural gas systems

• perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment

• troubleshoot mechanical power transmission issues

• partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability

• maintain clear maintenance records and documentation

• support safe and efficient plant operations

qualifications

minimum requirements:

• experience maintaining and troubleshooting:

• pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• mechanical power transmission

• natural gas systems

• willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and required overtime

  preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry setting

• background in aluminum or hot metal environments

• technical certifications in mechanics, millwright, or machine repair
