essential skills and qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field
- strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and techniques
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with lean methodologies and six sigma principles
- experience with process development, validation, and qualification
- knowledge of quality control and assurance principles
nice to have skills:
- experience with cad software (e.g., solidworks, autodesk)
- familiarity with project management tools (e.g., asana, trello)
- knowledge of thermoset plastics and composite materials
- experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
preferred education and experience:

- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field

- ability to travel to manufacturing sites as required
