we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented construction restoration specialist to join our team. this role involves demolition and restoration work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of construction experience, with demolition expertise required, and restoration experience considered a strong advantage.


key responsibilities:

  • demolition work:
    • safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials.
    • prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and ensuring structural integrity.
  • restoration tasks:
    • assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing.
    • follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.
  • safety compliance:
    • adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of ppe and proper tool handling.
    • identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.
  • team collaboration:
    • work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
  • customer interaction:
    • maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.

qualifications:

  • experience:
    • 3+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required.
    • restoration experience, including structural repairs, is a plus.
  • skills:
    • proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition.
    • ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
    • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • physical requirements:
    • capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
    • comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and enclosed spaces.
  • certifications:
    • osha certification or similar safety training is a plus but not required.
    • valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
