key responsibilities:
- demolition work:
- safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials.
- prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and ensuring structural integrity.
- restoration tasks:
- assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing.
- follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.
- safety compliance:
- adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of ppe and proper tool handling.
- identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.
- team collaboration:
- work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
- customer interaction:
- maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.
qualifications:
- experience:
- 3+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required.
- restoration experience, including structural repairs, is a plus.
- skills:
- proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition.
- ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- physical requirements:
- capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.

- certifications:
