key responsibilities answer and make phone calls with a clear, professional voice and positive presence.
schedule and monitor multiple calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.

learn and navigate new software platforms such as sap, salesforce, crm, or other proprietary systems.

assist with general office duties including mail handling, supply ordering, and reception coverage.
