this is not your average sales role-we're looking for a strategic closer who values integrity, understands relationship-building, and can confidently guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to project closeout.

compensation:

$120,000 - $250,000+

responsibilities:
  • leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently.
  • supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement.
  • conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals.
  • manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience.
  • collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process.
  • present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements.
  • collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our crm.
  • represent kingfisher roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings.
  • keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our crm.

qualifications:
  • proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
  • you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.
  • you bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior-integrity is non-negotiable.
  • comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our crm system.
  • must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work.


preferred (but not required)

  • experience in roofing or construction.
  • knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
  • familiarity with insurance claims and project planning.
  • sales experience, including in-home sales.
