about the role
we're looking for a hands-on pm sanitation supervisor to lead our overnight sanitation and operations team. this role ensures our facility remains safe, clean, and compliant with good manufacturing practices (gmp), while fostering a supportive, efficient, and productive work environment.

responsibilities

• lead and supervise the overnight team to maintain high sanitation and food safety standards

• ensure compliance with gmp, food safety, and sanitation protocols

• perform and document routine facility inspections

• provide training and coaching on proper cleaning and safety procedures

• resolve operational issues and support team needs in real-time

• monitor production activities to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout

knowledge, skills & abilities

• knowledge of gmp and food safety regulations

• supervisory or lead experience in food manufacturing or distribution

• strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• bilingual (english/spanish) highly preferred

• able to work independently and lead by example

• self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented

• physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods

qualifications

• high school diploma or equivalent required

• food safety or sanitation certification a plus

• previous sanitation, facilities, or production experience strongly preferred

work week: saturday to friday
availability: weekends and holidays - required
variable shift hours: 4pm - 4am (8 hour shifts)
40 hours per week
some overtime may be available or required

compensation details: 18-20 hourly wage
