• active secret us security clearance

required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• masters level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
• ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.
• five (5) or more years of specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:
  • demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
  • demonstrated experience supporting dept. of the navy and/or dept. of defense programs.
  • demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets
  • demonstrated experience managing multiple technical instructions (tis).
  • demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • demonstrated experience utilizing agile methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
  • demonstrated experience supporting us navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.
• pmp certification

required education:

• master's degree in management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business, and 10 years of experience (preferred)
• or, bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience
• pmp certification is required
