overview bowhead seeks a program/project/management analyst to support the pma 261 program. responsibilities • applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. • analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. • performs management, technical, or business case analyses. • collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. • tracks program/project status and schedules. • applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. qualifications • ma/ms degree • over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description • at least 3 years of direct experience in supply chain planning within the aerospace/defense industry • experience monitoring requirements against supply base capabilities and forecasting material demands • familiarity with government contracting requirements and compliance security clearance requirements: must currently hold a security clearance at the secret level. us citizenship is a requirement at this location. physical demands: • must be able to lift up to 25 pounds • must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time • must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
