hours of work: mondays - fridays, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours/week
the project controls specialist leads minor capital improvement projects ( $1mm) capital projects. the project controls specialist assigns project responsibilities including lotus notes database management, sap project setup, invoice management, and project closeout. the project controls specialist supports the project managers and will include tasks integral to the execution of major projects, including schedule management, document control, expediting, cost accounting, and contracts management. the experienced project controls specialist is expected to interact with internal and external stakeholders in the us and global organizations and at all levels of the company.
