accessible space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a full-time experienced property caretaker to do maintenance and general upkeep for two apartment buildings in missoula, mt (burton street and west broadway street

here's what you'll be doing:

• maintain a clean and safe environment
• complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• do all duties related to unit turnovers
• carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• implement required unit and building inspections
• perform routine errands
• obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.

qualifications:

• one year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• work independently with minimal supervision.
• effective communicate orally and in writing.
• ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• availability to complete general work responsibilities monday through friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
