Receptionist

as our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, creating a welcoming first impression both in person and on the phone. you will support various business functions to help ensure smooth operations, making each day diverse and engaging. your responsibilities will include managing conference room bookings, coordinating company vehicle sign-outs, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. additionally, you will handle ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, and coffee, as well as setting up and breaking down lunch events. administrative, data entry, and other tasks will be assigned as needed to support the team.
this position is 30 hours per week, which consists of five, six-hour days.
pay range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
