responsibilities:

• extend a warm welcome and acknowledge all residents while announcing their guests with grace and poise.

• provide exceptional resident services, including accepting and retrieving packages and dry-cleaning, offering transportation options, recommending service vendors, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling any additional requests promptly.

• through your impeccable appearance, outstanding performance, and service-oriented mindset, consistently project an image that enhances the property's allure.

• adhere strictly to formal operating policies and procedures, which encompass customer service techniques and emergency response protocols.

• ensure that property rules and regulations are consistently upheld.

requirements:

• possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality.

• exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.

• possess basic computer proficiency.

• be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
