we are currently seeking 3 reliable, customer-focused retail sales associate to join our team at cascade home center in dallas, oregon. positions are 1 part- time and 2 full time and are perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in home improvement or tools, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. must be available on weekends.
key responsibilities: - greet customers warmly and provide helpful, knowledgeable service
- assist customers in locating products and offering guidance based on their needs
- operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and help keep displays organized
- stay informed about product features and store promotions
- work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience
requirements:
qualifications: - previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- willingness to learn about hardware and home improvement products
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
