what you'll do:

• conduct roof inspections and diagnose storm damage or needed repairs

• serve as the direct point of contact for customers throughout the insurance and roofing process

• communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

• collect payments and oversee each project through to completion

• actively generate new business through field sales in storm-affected neighborhoods

• manage your sales pipeline and project flow with high autonomy

what we're looking for:

• a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales (roofing experience is not required)

• someone who is comfortable climbing onto roofs and performing on-site inspections

• an individual who values flexibility and financial potential, but also thrives in a results-driven environment

• must live within 45 minutes of burr ridge, il

• strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills

• ability to drive projects independently while working within a team-oriented company culture
