what you'll do

• generate your own leads and build a robust pipeline through networking, door-to-door outreach, and community engagement

• guide homeowners through the roofing and siding sales process-from inspection to close-with professionalism and clarity

• assist clients in navigating insurance claims when necessary

• conduct roof inspections and assess previously installed solar systems

• educate clients on solar options and advocate for new solar installations as part of the roofing process

• provide accurate, detailed estimates using industry tools

• represent golden group's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction

• collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff (you sell-we manage the project!)

what we're looking for

• proven sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, or high-ticket services strongly preferred)

• a motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven, competitive environment

• strong communication and relationship-building skills

• familiarity with the insurance restoration process is a plus

• ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and close deals

• valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance team

compensation & perks

• uncapped commission structure (top reps earn $100k+)

• average annual earnings range: $70,000-$175,000+

• eligible for sign-on incentives based on experience
