as we continue to grow and expand across the u.s., we are seeking experienced sales account managers to join our team. this is a high-impact role responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by selling complete automated machine solutions with an average project size of $700k or more.

what you'll do

• develop and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing client organizations.
• lead the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• work closely with our in-house engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive planning, consistent follow-up, and crm tracking.
• travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings, solution presentations, and project discovery.
  

requirements:

• bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or equivalent experience.
• minimum of 5 years in direct sales of custom-engineered solutions or capital equipment.
• strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies including robotics, automation, tooling, and production processes.
• proven ability to overcome objections and close complex deals.
• self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales funnel development and conversion.
• established network of industry contacts and clients.
• willingness to travel as needed.
