• proactive business development: identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies
• goal achievement: achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
• consultative sales approach: using a consultative sales approach, gather information and present proposals to business owners and c-level executives
• solution-oriented: develop and present solutions based on client needs

qualifications:

• possess 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
• hold a property & casualty license in good standing or the ability to obtain a license.
• bachelor's degree preferred
