the outside sales representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients.

responsibilities and duties for sales representative:

• develops and maintains a network of professional contacts to facilitate new sales opportunities.
• actively liaises with clients and potential clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and subsequently recommends products and services that effectively meet these requirements.
• showcases the features and benefits of products or services to customers based on their specific requirements.
• ensures customer satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management; addresses any post-sale issues that may arise.
